3G-Media is a new way to make a properties basic details available to anyone who is interested 24 hours a day 7 days a week via the mobile telephone network and SMS text messaging. This works by using an additional small slip board which is added to your existing sale board. This slip board features your properties unique code (this code is generated automatically by RLS when a new board is ordered) along with a number.

To find your properties basic information all a person has to do is to text the code on your board to the number shown and they will receive the main details for your property along with any relevant contact details almost instantly.

The main benefit of this system is that your sales information is available (on request) to all prospective purchasers almost immediately at any time. So if purchasers are out house hunting after work or on Sundays and holidays they can always see your information without having to call and leave messages with the resulting wait for the agents office to re-open.  An example of our SMS slip board is shown below:
