RLS Estates FAQs
RLS Estates.com FAQs
Q. Is your Assisted Sales Service just another way of selling advertising like most of the other companies and websites that offer people help to sell their own home?
A. No, our Assisted Service provides you with an almost full estate agency service and much more than these other so called DIY sales companies. We provide you with our 'For Sale' board and all the documents you will need (excluding a HIPs pack). In fact you will receive even more information with this service than you do with our Full Service! Plus continuous advice all the way along the sales route if required.
Q. If I choose to use your full Estate Agency Service instead, is your ‘Minimum period term’ 12 weeks or longer like most Estate Agents contracts?
A. No, you only need to give 1 months written notice when using our Full Service. No notice is required for our assisted service.
Q. I have already signed with another agent could I still take advantage of your service?
A. Yes you can provided you are past the minimum period detailed in your current agents’ sales contract. If your minimum period has not expired and you instruct any other additional agency then you could be liable to pay two sets of fees. Please check your current contracts terms and conditions or contact us for more information.
Q. Due to my special circumstances I can't arrange and conduct my own viewings, could you do this part for me?
A. Yes we can, although we prefer to work in conjunction with owners (which allows us to keep our fees low) we do appreciate this is not suitable or practical for everyone. In these cases we are happy to offer a tailored service. This may however incur some additional costs such as travel expenses.
Q. Do you also handle the letting of properties in case we wish to market our property as For Sale or To Let?
A. Yes we handle lettings as well as sales, for more information on letting visit www.rlslettings.co.uk or contact us for more information.
